Our History

You could say it all began for us May 17, 1792 when under a buttonwood tree on Wall Street a group of 24 stockbrokers and merchants signed the so-called Buttonwood Agreement. Thus, began the New York Stock Exchange.

There is no painting depicting the start of our firm some 218 years later, on October 1, 2010. Nevertheless, it was an equally monumental moment for us. We set out to do meaningful work that makes a difference in people’s lives or helps achieve the mission of a non-profit organization.

What we hope our clients say is, ‘they are skilled, trustworthy, friendly, easy to talk to, and very responsive’.

Our history is still being written and there is a long runway ahead.
